On Monday 28th April 2014, Breaking Barriers visited the TOMSS project at JET in Fenham, Newcastle. This particular class was based around beauty, which features techniques in massage, facial treatments and make-up and teaches the students about the general knowledge of Beauty therapy. The class takes place on a Monday morning for two and a half hours.

The students that we interviewed demonstrated to us how the beauty course benefited them from learning facial treatments to making friends. The teacher works with Crisis and is a beauty therapist.
